![]() Whats amazing is he has a great attitude and genuinely loves his job and it shows. I ordered 4 tires online and Kal was there with a prompt appointment and he was even early. I will never go back to any of the terrible and shady tire companies in and around Lake Mary. Kal is a courteous and knowledgeable owner operator. I was hoping for a more detailed service that I could find from my dealer and Kali really impressed me and I’m a big time car guy and very knowledgeable myself I would highly recommended his service I did my buddy getting his tires done Monday this is nice to being that it’s form your home With the corna out there still. Thanks Kali for the outstanding work detail and professionalism it was nice to see from the customer side The jacks tool boxes and equipment used were very top notch not the run of the mill the tire machine never touched my carbon fiber rim which made me super happy and the laser balancer was spot on. Kali arrived and right away noticed what a awesome set up for replacing tires. Please let me explain I have 2020 Shelby Gt500 with carbon fiber rims that run about 6k a piece so getting professional service was extremely important to me as dealers don’t always do this behind the scenes regardless of the price of the vehicle. Kali service with Gettread was outstanding and very professional. I also was able to get all-season tires without any trouble which was a relief unto itself coming from the snowy north! I highly recommend !!! The BFGs didn't complain when I hit the brakes with everything I had, and I came to a quick, uneventful stop.Of all the times to pick up a half-inch screw in a tire, a business trip 1500 miles from home isn't ideal! A friend recommended Kal from and I couldn't be happier with a tire buying experience! While I had planned to replace my entire set when I returned home, I just got the job done sooner! Kal not only makes the process streamlined and simple on his website, he is incredibly professional and even showed up early for my appointment to get everything finished before the afternoon rain! Yes, he really comes right to where you are to get the job done! No wasting a day wondering if a place is going to get around to your car, or worse, being from out of town and the shenanigans some places try to pull on tourists - there is NONE of that with Kal! The prices are also in line with the tire shops that I checked out but they didn't offer near what Kal does nor the bigger convenience of being able to keep working while he gets the job done. The final portion of the wet autocross called for a full ABS stop. On my second run, I felt confident enough to give it a little more gas through the turn. This turn caught me by surprise, but luckily, I was able to correct my line and make it through without incident. Next was a sweeping left-hander, which narrowed toward the end for a slightly decreasing radius corner. Going into the slalom, you could tell the ground was plenty wet, but the car's steering remained responsive, allowing me to finish the course without plowing through too many cones. Launching the DSG-equipped GTI (kept in sport mode for the duration of the test), I experienced a bit of wheelspin on takeoff, but was able to gain traction not long after. We first drove the course on the BFGs, which held up reasonably well against the slippery asphalt surface. The GTI was the weapon of choice for this demonstration, and the tires compared against the Comp-2 were the Kumho Ecsta SPT and Hankook Ventus V12 Evo. Our first test took us to the parking lot of the Auto Club Speedway, where BFG set up a wet autocross course. ![]() ![]() The Comp-2 will take the g-Force Sport's place in the lineup as the brand's Ultra High-Performance (UHP) offering, slotting beneath the top dog g-Force T/A KDW summer tire in price. The Comp-2 carries a UTQG (Uniform Tire Quality Grading) tread wear rating of 340/AA/A, identical to the current g-Force Sport's rating. The Comp-2's directional tread pattern is similar to the g-Force Sport it replaces, with BFG's signature "g-Hooks" and shallow shoulder blocks. In addition, the Comp-2's structure is reportedly 40 percent more rigid, with the addition of g-Control wedge inserts in the sidewall, and BFG's Equal Tension Containment (ETEC) system surrounding the tire's internals. The Comp-2 moniker stands for compound two, a next-gen silica-infused tread compound that BFG says helps the new tire achieve 30 percent better wet grip and 8 percent better dry grip than the outgoing g-Force Sport. BFGoodrich picked California's Auto Club Speedway as the test site for the launch of its g-Force Sport Comp-2, the successor to the current g-Force Sport.
